The Rotor CCC-01 is designed for choke control and operation of other hydraulic operated valves in choke & kill manifold systems. The Console fulfills API-16C (Annex-G) and DNV-GL requirements for primary Choke Control, with built in option for remote operation from the Drilling Control System. Integrated touch screen displaying:
- Stand pipepressure
- Choke and kill line pressure
- Choke position
- Pump strokes
- Pump speed
The choke opening is controlled by a manual lever with neutral mid position. Opening/closing of the choke by moving the lever up-/downwards ensures quick and accurate choke positioning.
