GreenDRILL® and Reporting Standards
CSRD
EU’s Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (“CSRD”) requires large companies operating in EU and EEC to begin reporting in 2025 on their 2024 financial year.
- CSRD defines mandatory requirements for reporting on ESG parameters.
- CSRD defines requirement for collection of sustainability information across a company’s value chain or supply chain.
- Monitoring of emissions are vital to comply and report on CSRD. Primary, structured data enables high-quality reporting.
- CSRD require companies to set ambitious reduction targets.
- With high-quality emissions data, companies will gain valuable insights into its current carbon footprint and will use this as a foundation for planning reduction strategies.
ISO 5001
To meet the ISO 50001 standard, organizations are required to implement an Energy Management System that monitors, analyses and documents emissions from operations:
- Establish Energy Baselines.
- Provide Energy Review through continuous energy monitoring.
- Document Energy Performance and Improvements.
- Generate documentation for the Energy Management System.
GreenDRILL® provides energy companies the ability to meet regulatory requirements, the expectations of investors, as well as insight to build a low-carbon strategy for drilling rig and platform operations.
