The caustic mixing unit is designed for safe and efficient blending of small batches of caustic soda for use in drilling and completion fluids. Focusing on HSE and functionality, the unit is designed to allow the operator to mix caustic soda batches without any exposure to hazardous chemicals and readily mixed caustic.
The unit includes an enclosed manual sack cutting chamber, pneumatic mixing/blending pump, tank with local level indication and a waste bag outlet for empty sacks. The cutting and emptying process is observed through an inspection window. Suitable for both mobile use and fixed installation, with forklift pockets and foundation pads.
